INTRODUCTION

POWER AND MULTI-PURPOSE – Dufour creates a new generation of performance sailing boats.

Since a long time Dufour Yachts produces fast and internationally recognized sailing boats of Performance range.

Today the experts of the shipyard go further by imagining a 36-foot flexible and revolutionary :

More powerful, faster, but also multi-purpose, the 36‘ results from the recent research teams Dufour about hydrodynamic and has

been designed to fit any type of navigation, from racing under sustained winds to cruising with friends.

Indeed, this new model has the advantages of a high-performance boat and provides comfort, sumptuous materials and convenience

facilities. The 36‘ is faster on the water but is also wider, more stable and comfortable than its predecessors.

Brisk, fun and easy to control, the new Dufour 36 Performance will delight owners fond of pleasure and enjoyment.

Real stylistic curiosity, the lines of the 36 'are so racy that no other model in the range can be compared to.

The 36’ benefits from an inovative design and elegant lines that provide a significant change compared with the other models of the

range Performance. As a result, the 36’ seems to be the leader of a new generation of Dufour Performance sailing boats by

introducing the srategy of innovations of the shipyard; SPORTY, MODERN and ENTERTAINING.

This precursor boat will come out in world premiere at the Paris Boat Show.

The Dufour 36 Performance has been designed in order to navigate in an athletic way.

This is a fast boat thanks to:

• The quality of the hull which permits it to be fast. • A powerful sail plan. • A wide deck plan for easy manoeuvring. • The centring of weights. • The weak longitudinal angle of the hull to prolong the

flotation in comparaison with the previous Performance boats.

• A stronger dynamic length.

The D36 is not exclusive and do not choose between racing and cruising. Indeed, the comfort of the deck plan allows to navigate depending on the mood of the owner:

● An ease access of the life raft.

● A removable cockpit table.

● Comfortable and wide stern door.

● Many options normally use for cruising boats : deck in teck, bow drive, hatches, etc.

● The position of the deck fittings allows to sail with reduced crew.

● Easy removable equipements.
