14 CFR Part 77 Notice Requirements:
1) Structures more than 200 ft. AGL regardless of location
2) Structures that exceeds a 100:1 slope from the nearest point of the nearest public use runway
3) When requested by the FAA or under certain specific conditions

• Structures (temporary or permanent) that meet Notice Criteria must receive a written determination from the FAA
• Must file notice with the FAA a MINIMUM of 30 days prior to construction (including cranes)
• Cranes taller than structure’s determined height must be filed separately and receive their own determination
