In all Home Purchase transactions, upon closing, the broker shall provide a cash benefit or equivalent, as state law allows, equal to ten percent (10%) of gross commission received by Keller Williams Chervenic Realty due on all transactions in which employee buyer has signed a buyers agency contract with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty prior to the initial inspection of the property by the employee buyer.
In all Home Sale transactions, upon closing, the broker shall provide a cash benefit or equivalent, as state law allows, equal to ten percent (10%) of gross commissions received by Keller Williams Chervenic Realty due on all transactions in which the employee seller has executed an exclusive listing agreement with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty, Inc.
