On the student PC’s I. Log the student PC’s in with username 242424 and password 9898
II. Double click the “PARCC Testing” icon on the desktop. If there is no icon, open internet explorer, the PARCC
Testing site should open automatically.

On the Teacher PC
First session, starting the test
I. Open the District website, and click on Resources:

II. On the right side, find the button that says “PARCC PearsonAccess”
III. Click the Sign In button:

IV. Enter your username and password
V. Under Testing, click the dropdown and pick “Sessions”

made it when

VI. Type in your session search and click the Search button
There are two kinds of test: ELA and MATH. To
find your session easier, use the format ELA
and the first letters of your last name or MATH
and the first letters of your last name. So, if
your last name is Smith, you would enter ELA
SMI or MATH SMI.

VII. Click the box next to your session. Then click the “Select Tasks” dropdown and pick “Show Students in
Sessions & Control Sessions”

2) Click the “Select Tasks dropdown
3) Click Show Students in Sessions & Control Sessions”

VIII. Click on your session under “Session List”:
IX. Click the green START button to start the test:

X. Students can now log in and start the test:
The START button has
changed to a STOP

After the first session, resuming the test
I. Follow Steps I-VIII above.
II. If a test session was previous started, the screen will show most or all of the students as Exited:
III. Check the box at the top of the student column to check all the students:
Exited
Clicking this box will check ALL the kids. If a kid
is absent, scroll down and UNCHECK that kid.

IV. Up at the top, click the “Select Tasks” dropdown and click “Resume Student Tests.” Then Click START
V. Click the Student(s) to be resumed. If ALL the kids need to be resumed, check the box at the top of the column
to check everyone.

VI. Scroll to the bottom and click “Resume”
VII. Once all the kids have been resumed, click “Exit Tasks” at the top right corner to get back to the status screen:
VIII. Once the test has been resumed, the students can log in and start testing.
