Planning activities are designing, organizing, and coordinating tasks planned .

Steps to plan programs and activities are:

1. Make a proposal

2. Organize coordination meetings

3. Follow up initial preparation and distribution of tasks

4. Provide follow-up meeting

5. Handle all correspondence meeting

8. Manage matters related to transport, equipment needed, parental permission, permit authority, food and so on.

7. Determining the safety measures and medical examination.

9. Monitor and supervise the activities carried out during

The regulations and steps are divided into 3

phases:

Checklist of what activities that should be executed

List the job scope of all committees

Briefing to participantsEg: things to bring, attire, parents’ permission letters etc.

The need of doing checklist before activities:

To ensure the activities will be going

in accordance with the plan

So that teachers or committees will be able

to detect any possible problems and

overcome it.
