BUSINESS MEETING In total , 31 business meeting sessions conducted at Rooms 102, 303, 304, and 305. Participants were delegates from Afghanistan, Turky, Thailand, Jordan, Pakistan, Bulgary, Yaman, Italy, Kuwait, and Laos, meeting with the Indonesian goverment, associations and companies. Hospitality Services at Soekarn Hatta International Airport's Arrival Halls 2 and 3. Buyer Welcome Desks were available at Terminal 2 area D and E, and Terminal 3 Ultimate.
Shuttle services to the official hotels: Hotel Borobudur, Hotel Aryaduta, Hotel Aston Marina, Hotel Golden Boutique, and Hotel Discovery Ancol. Pickup fleet consists of 5 units of 44‐seated buses and 5 units of 7‐seated minibuses.
Round‐the‐clock Buyer services by Export Development Cooperation Directorate began from 10 October 2016 to 16 October 2016, assisted by 32 Hospitality Service Officers (HSO).
Online arrival registration application system on http://airportpickuptei.com to assure of buyer arrival. This application can also be accessed by Indonesian representative offices worldwide.
