ORDER GUIDELINES

HOW TO ORDEROrders can be processed online via our website, http://prints.poshthemes.ph, email at poshthemes@gmail.com, or mobile at +63 917 896 8369.

DESIGN/LAYOUTPrices does not include custom layout/ design fees. We can create customized/exclusive designs for you. Design rates starts at Php500.00.

LEAD TIMEWe will be following our Holiday 2014 shipment schedule for all orders (please see page 2). All orders needed before our ship-out date (Dec. 19) may still be accomodated for an additional rush fee of Php 300.00 or 10% of the total amount whichever is higher. We guarantee Pre-Christmas Delivery for all Phillippine Clients.

PAYMENTAll orders below Php 10,000.00 will require full payment before shipment of items.

All orders above Php 10,000.00 has an option of 50% downpayment and 50% upon full delivery (applicable for Metro Manila orders only).

Modes of payment are bank transfers via BDO or BPI, Credit Card Payments via Paypal (additional transaction fees may apply), and GCash.

SHIPPINGAll prices do not include shipping fees. Flat rate shipping fees are as follows:Metro Manila - Php 80.00 • Provincial - Php 200.00International Shipments via DHL- please send us your postal code for a quotation

ORDER GUIDELINES

RETURNSWe do not accept returns as all the personalization details will be coming from you. Only orders under the Mix and Match sections will be sent to you for approval before printing. For other orders with pre-made designs, all names/personalization will only be copied and pasted on the chosen design so please make sure all names submitted are spelled correctly.

Please notify us for damages due to shipping within 3 days after receipt of item and return the un-opened goods for a replacement.

DESIGN AND LAYOUT SERVICES

We accept design and layouting projects for your web and print needs. Layout fees for calling cards start at Php500.00 for one-side and Php800.00 for back to back. This includes 1 design studies which is open for up to 3 revisions. For a design and layout quotation, please send us a message indicating the details of the project and the target deadline.
