MY PROJECT WITH NASArisd has a long standing relationship with nasa, I was able to use my experience in the nasa studio to create something entirely innovative
NASA FABRIC LADDERin the studio of 15 we were all tasked to come with ideas for alternatives to the traditional aluminum ladder, this is what I came up with...
NASA FABRIC LADDERit was the worlds first fabric ladder, i along with two other students built and tested full scale models, we succesfully held human weight!
NASA FABRIC LADDERthe concept uses tension, complex curves, and racing sail construction to create a super light-weight semi-rigid climbing structure
NASA FABRIC LADDERwe created a full scale working model that was featured in a series of galleries, and is now in risd’s private collection
MY WORK WITH PAUL LOEBACHduring my internship with paul loebach, I along wtih two other interns and paul built this entire collection shown at the salone de mobile
