Landscapes of domestic normality. Houses.

Case study 2.Single family house in the suburb of Kristiansand. Built by an architect in 1994 for the family of 3, now there live 3 family members- parents ( about 40 years old) and their son.

Case study 1.Single family house in the senter of Haugesund. Built by an architect in 1998 for the family of 6, now there live 3 family members- parents (57, 53 years old) and their son 14 years old.

Case study 3.Single family house in Åsane, suburb of Bergen. Family of 2, both in their 60s, they have lived in a house for about 12 years. Over the years they have refurbished most of the house.

Case study 4.Single family house in Knarvik, 25km from Bergen. Built by the owner in 1920, now there live family of 6- parents (27, 34 years old) and kids (7,6,5 and 1 years old)

Case study 5.Single family house in Hordvik, 18km from Bergen. Built by the Moelven in 1975 for the family of 4, now there live family of 4- parents (40, 40 years old) and kids (16, 13 years old)

Case study 6.Single family house in Laurvår, suburb of Kristiansand.

To be delievered next Friday.

In the houses people have personal, favourite spots in the living room. Places are divided my the members of the family and they mostly interact by the dining table and tv-couch.

I am seeking for internship in architecture or any kind of architect assistant position. I am available from 1 July, 2013 till 1 February 2014 full-time.

Currently I am studying in Bergen Arkitekt Skole on the Master of Architec-ture program. This spring course is my last one before diploma that I intend to take in spring 2014 in Bergen Arkitekt School after a half-year break in autumn 2013. I’m interested in getting more practical skills and knowledge that will help me to seek for a full-time permanent position after graduating.

I’m Russian, but currently live and study in Norway. I’m here due to family immigration, my husband is Norwegian, so I have a working permit. I speak fluent English, and basic Norwegian that I am currently developing with practice and language courses.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Lightroom, advanced PC-user.Basic modeling in SketchUp Pro, 3DMax, ArcGIS, Rhino and Grasshopper.Good reading and research skills.Hand-drawing and sketching, modeling.Stress-resistant, punctual and accurate.I am curious and I like to be busy.

2011-2013 Master of Architecture, Bergen Arkitekt Høy Skole, 4 half-year courses in total. Most of them were courses focusing on research and city-planning scale.

2005-2010 Architecture, 5 of 6-years Specialist program,Ufa State Technical Petroleum University, Ufa, Russia. Among courses that I passed in USTPU are: geodesy, measuring practice, theory of mechanics, construction of civic and industrial buildings, city plan-ning, descriptive geometry, architectural material science, engineering land improvement, transport, economics, principles of constructing operations, economical organization of construction works.
