UsingeitheraPhilipsorslottedscrewdriver,backtheholdingscrewoffenoughtoinsertandseatthe110blade.Thetypeofjackusedwilldeterminehowtopositionthe110bladeintheholdingfixtureoftheJackAX.Installthebladeasshownbelowtocorrespondtothejack.Onceproperlyseated,holdthebladefirmlyinplace&tightenthescrewdownsecurely.Becarefulnottoovertighten.

1)Stripcablejacket.

2)Prepall4pairs(8conductorsorwires).Chooseyourwiringscheme,AorB,andinsert eachconductorintotheproperIDCslotperthecolorcodechartonthejack.

Inserting the conductors into the IDC, choose what works best for you: n All4pairs&terminate. n 2pairsperside&terminateonesideatatime. n 2pairsatthefrontend&terminate. Repeatonthebackend.

3)Positionthepreparedjackintotheblade(Fig 1) lininguptheIDCwiththeblade.Squeezethetool untilthejackandthebasecometogether.

4)Oncethejackfitssnuglyonthe tool’sbase(Fig 2),continueto squeezeslowly,seatingthe conductoruntilitisseated&cut. Oncecut,releasehandles. Do not over squeeze!

5)Repeatsteps3&4untilall conductorsareterminatedas showninFig 3.
