• Teens had their own space, that was attractive and enticing.
• YA Librarian had shelf space to increase the collection, including adding a mangacollection.
• Space allowed for displays and marketing, specially developed for teens.
• Teens used it, kids used it, even AD soldiers used it.

1. Be meticulous in the planning stage, even if it may be time consuminga) floor plans, to scaleb) domino effect
2. Support from supervisors criticala) budgetb) operations
3. Support from colleagues/staff criticala) moves involved all 12 library staff + 3 staff
borrowed, to dismantle, install new, re-build existing shelves
