PLAN AND DEGREE LEVEL CHANGE FORM
International students must submit updated financial documentation to Graduate School Admissions when changing their degree program. If you will be receiving financial support from a source external to Washington State University, please attach supporting documentation (i.e., offer letter) to this form.
Students transitioning from their INTO Graduate Pathway program into their degree-seeking program must meet all applicable academic requirements to be eligible for advancement. This includes receiving a 3.0 cumulative GPA in at least 6 semester hours of graduate level work completed at WSU, receiving a grade of "B" or better in all classes, and having no "W", "I", or "X" grades on their WSU transcript.
