The patented WIO® System is comprised of Wireless
Transmitters, Wireless Gateways, I/O Expansion Modules, and
user-friendly BreeZ® Software. The WIO System is a highly
reliable, scalable, �exible, and manageable solution that is ideal
for operation in remote and/or hazardous locations.
Wireless Transmitters: We o�er a comprehensive line of
transmitters for wirelessly monitoring various conditions
including liquid level, high level, pressure, �ow, temperature, and
triggering alarm. Our Wireless Transmitters are self-contained and
battery-powered, eliminating the need for external power.
Additionally, these devices are intrinsically safe for use in Class I,
Division 1 locations, while providing seamless integration with
third-party devices and sensors. The new WT series products
feature a local LCD display. This feature enables con�guring
device on-site without cables and allows instant readings without
connecting to a PC.
Wireless Gateways: We o�er two versions: Base Unit and
DH2. These Gateways collect data from end nodes in a
point-to-multipoint fashion. The collected data is exchanged with
backbone SCADA systems via Modbus (RS232/RS485 Serial Interface).
Additionally, multiple Gateways can be added to the same network
for peer-to-peer data sharing: mirror I/O, valve control, Emergency
Shut Down (ESD), and much more.
I/O Expansion Modules: These devices are o�ered in both
Wireless and Wired versions for expanding various I/O capabilities
to a network: both analog and discrete.
The WIO devices are managed with the BreeZ® Software. It
allows users to easily and quickly create a network, add devices to a
network, de�ne parameters and set transmission intervals for each
device using a PC.
