GINGERBREAD COOKIESRECIPE

GINGERBREAD COOKIES RECIPE

• 3 cups flour• 3 tsp ground ginger• 1 tsp ground cinnamon• ½ tsp ground nutmeg• 1 tsp baking soda• ¼ tsp salt• 1-1/2 cups butter at room

temperature• 1 cup brown sugar• ¼ cup honey• 1 egg• 1 tsp vanilla extract• icing (optional)

Ingredients:

GINGERBREAD COOKIES RECIPEIn a bowl, mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt.

GINGERBREAD COOKIES RECIPEIn another large bowl, mix butter and brown sugar until well combined. Mix in the honey, egg and vanilla.2

GINGERBREAD COOKIES RECIPEAdd the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and mix until combined.

GINGERBREAD COOKIES RECIPEShape the dough into a rectangle and wrap it in a plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight (or up to a week).4

GINGERBREAD COOKIES RECIPERoll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until it's ⅛-inch thick.
