changesindirectionandkeep-ingthelegsstrongandstable.Triggispicturedperformingoverheadsquatsthatrequiregoodcorestrengthinhiships,glutes,andabdominals.Noweightisaddedtotheexerciseuntilallthemusclegroupsareworkingproperly.Keeganisperformingasinglelegstep–upthatrequiresstrongquadricepsandglutestrengthandpower.Also,noweightisuseduntilhehasmasteredthemovement. “Ourteamisdedicatedtohelpingareaathletesperformtothebestoftheirability.Byworkingwiththemtoimprovetheircorestrength,wecanhelpminimizethechancesfor
