Most bridges collapsed or were heavily damaged

The quickest access municipalities is by boat

Most roads are impassable for 4-wheeled vehicles

Motorcycles are the only land vehicles that can access badly-affected areas

• Provide psychosocial activities for the children affected by this disaster
