Ant Baiting MethodsDiversionary Baiting is the act of drawing Ant forging away from an

area of concern using bait.

1 Back Flow Baiting

2 Bypass Baiting

3 Omni Baiting

4 Re-Route Baiting

5 NT Baiting

Back Flow Baiting

To cause to move backward or in a reverse direction toward the source.

• Placement: Outside of Building at active entrance points in or around foundation.

• Purpose: to draw ants outside of buildings.

Ants

Ant trail entering crack at foundation. A bait station is in place of ants point of entry to draw them back outside.

Bypass Baiting

A passage to one side; especially : a deflected route.

Placement: Of bait station inside when no trail is found outside

Then transfer the Ants filled bait station outside.

Purpose: To Bypass Ants interest in the building and draw Ants outward.

Creating a bypass trail from inside an area with no visible ant trail to the outside by moving an ant filled bait station.

Re-Route Baiting

To reset the line of travel

1st placement of bait station is at the Ants trail. After Ants have taken the bait, move the bait station

in the desired direction. Once the new trail is formed you can continue to

move the bait station in the desired direction.

Purpose: To move the ant trail in desired direction away from buildings or original location.

Ant line of travel.

First placement of bait station for re-route baiting.

2nd bait station placement. New ant line moving away from structure .

Omni Baiting

All types of (food attractants) and universal.

Ants are drawn to several different foods.

Bait: Different types of baits and brand names.

Placement: Several locations outside, continually monitored and changed as necessary.

NT Baiting

NT: Non Toxic Baiting Bait: water & sugar, any consumable

bait. Placement: Several locations outside of

building. Purpose: To move the Ants outside of

the building in a non toxic manner.
