Social Care (Self-directed Support) Bill Local authorities must offer 4 options: 1. Direct Payment 2. Individual chooses

their support (sometimes known as an Individual Budget or Individual Service Fund)

3. Local authority chooses and arranges service

4. Mixture of the above.
