GOOGLE PLAY STORE

❏ Enter application name as “People First Citizen” in search box and tap on search button

GOOGLE PLAY STORE

❏ Tap on “INSTALL” button, Accept the terms app successfully downloaded.

PEOPLE FIRST CITIZEN APP

❏ Tap on “People First Citizen” application icon in the dock.

❏ Application launched and displayed the Splash Screen.

Note: To use the application, needs active Internet/WiFi.

SPLASH SCREEN

❏ Splash screen is displayed for 3-sec after that “INFORAMTION” pop-up will be displayed.

LOGIN SCREEN

❏ Enter citizen aadhaar(Surveyed) number, accept the UIDAI terms and tap on “LOGIN” button.

Note:OTP will be sent to Aadhaar linked mobile numer.

OTP SCREEN

❏ Enter received OTP and tap on “VERIFY” button. It navigates to “LANDING” screen.

Note:If OTP not received, Tap on “Resend” button to get OTP.

❏ To update your aadhaar details, Tap on “Update Aadhaar details” button.

MY PROFILE SCREEN

❏ Enter received OTP and tap on “VERIFY” button. Your details updated in 48 hours .

Note:If OTP not received, Tap on “Resend” button to get OTP.

eKYC SCREEN

❏ To edit your mobile number, Tap on “Edit” button

❏ Select Family member and enter mobile number and tap on “Go” button

MY PROFILE SCREEN

❏ Enter received OTP and tap on “VERIFY” button. Your mobile number updated successfully.

Note:If OTP not received, Tap on “Resend” button to get OTP.

eKYC SCREEN

❏ To update your aadhaar details, Tap on “Update Aadhaar” button.

Note:OTP will be sent to Aadhaar linked mobile number.

❏ Enter received OTP and tap on “VERIFY” button. Your details updated successfully.

❏ To know your registered grievances/Raise a new grievance tap on “ Grievances” button.

❏ To register a grievance tap on “ Register a Grievance” button.

❏ Previous raised grievances will be displayed with Status

❏ Tap on “Select Family Member” dropdown,Family members list will be displayed.

❏ Select Family member, Member details will be displayed.

❏ Your Grievance registered successfully and 1100 will follow up your grievance
