Honors Level Courses

Offer students the opportunity to earn more quality points towards their grade point average than regular courses.

An “A” is worth 5 points, “B” is worth 4 points and a “C” is worth 3 points towards the student’s GPA.

Content of the course is more rigorous and challenging in pacing as well as depth of topics covered.

Advanced Placement Courses

Offer students the opportunity to earn more quality points towards their grade point average than regular courses.

An “A” is worth 6 points, “B” is worth 5 points and a “C” is worth 4 points towards the student’s GPA.
