ApplicationThe Toftejorg SaniMicro is a rotary spray head that uses cleaningmedia to provide coverage and impact. The device represents aneffective alternative to traditional static spray balls because it uses lowvolumes of cleaning fluid at low pressure. The double ball bearing inthe Toftejorg SaniMicros rotating head makes the device suitable for allindustrial cleaning applications, including tanks, reactors, vessels andother containers ranging from 0.05 to 1 m3, depending on dimensionsand cleaning task.
Working principleThe flow of the cleaning media causes the head of the ToftejorgSaniMicro to rotate, and the fan-shaped jets lay out a swirling patternthroughout the tank or reactor. This generates the impact needed forthe efficient removal of residual product; the cascading flow coversall internal surfaces of the vessel.
