Federated registers approach with PATENTSCOPE linking to national registers preferred

Information received from 47 offices (last ones since 2011: AT, NZ, CU, TH)

Newly added last month: India

Still a challenge to receive complete and timely PCT NPEs from PCT member states (147 contracting states)

Updated once a week in PATENTSCOPE

Sent to EPO for inclusion in INPADOC when authorized by the source office
