Examples: Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), Assistive Technology, Direct Adult Supervision, Specialized Equipment

Location of Service Examples: GEE math class, All Educational Settings, assemblies, PE class, vocational education class, school hallways, café

Extent/Frequency of Service

Examples: When student continues to violate school rules…; 30-45 min per day; daily; during all testing; before all tests; during note-taking; 200 m/p/w

• Not every accommodation is appropriate in every assessment.

• No accommodation may be used in assessments that are not used during instruction.
