Pablito User Manual 

Riders: 

● Download the Pablito App through the Apple App Store or Google Playstore. Pablito supports:

○ iOS 10.0 and up.○ Android 7.0 and up (in the future we will support Android 5.0 and up.)

● You will need to create your account with a phone number and email address, as well as verify with the Getty as an eligible employee.

○ For this you will need to know your employee ID number. If you do not know this information contact parking@getty.edu.

● Upon selecting the Getty on the list of available companies, you must enter your @getty.edu employee email address and employee ID number.

○ A verification code will be sent to the email address entered in the system. Insert that code into the app when requested. After this is complete, you can access your company routes and book rides.

● For non @getty.edu email address riders, select “I don’t have an @getty.edu email.”

○ Enter the invitation code provided by the Getty and wait for moderation to be complete.

Mobile App Instructions 

Text Verification 

● Before creating your Pablito account we need to verify you are who you say you are.

● Enter your phone number and wait for the sms verification code.

Account Creation 

1. After text verification you can now create a Pablito account.

2. Enter your name and email address to sign up.

Company Routes 

● Select your company from the list.

Employee Verification 

● Enter your company email address and enter the code sent to your inbox to verify employment.

● If you do not have an @getty.edu email, press “I don’t have an@getty.edu email” button.(See page 5)

Employee ID 

• If you entered a @getty.edu email address, now you can enter your employee ID.

• This information is optional, but adding your Employee ID now will give you access to future enhancements.

Verification Code 

● Once you enter your @getty.edu email you will receive a verification code.

● Please note: If you do not see your invitation code in your email inbox, please check your clutter, junk, or spam folders. Receiving this email may take up to 3 minutes.

Invitation Code 

● If you press “I don’t have an@getty.edu email,” you will see this message.

● Insert the invitation code provided by the Getty.

Invitation Code 

● If you get this message your association has been requested. Now wait for a confirmation email.

● After you receive the confirmation email, close and reopen the app.

● Your company routes will automatically appear when you are approved.

Routes Screen 

● Select your route. (Tickets can be bought one business day in advance)

Trip Details 

● On this screen you can select the time and locations for your stops.

Time Selection 

● Tap on the drop down menu at the top of the screen to choose a time.

Pick-up / Drop-off 

● Confirm the pick up and drop off locations are correct and scroll down to purchase the ticket.

Payment Info 

● First time users need to add their credit card info to their account.

● Press the edit icon on the right side of the screen to add your card info.

Add Credit Card 

● Enter your credit card information; it will be stored for future purchases.

Confirm Details 

● Double check your trip details, then press “BOOK MY PABLITO.”

● There is no assigned seating on Pablito shuttles. Disregard the seat number.

Congrats 

● Your trip is now booked. You can track the van or view your ticket.

Ticket Screen 

● Show this QR Code to your driver.

● If for some reason you need to cancel your ticket press the“Cancel Trip” in the top right icon.

● You cannot cancel a trip once the ride has started.

Tracker 

● On this screen you can track the Pablito shuttle once it is en route.
