CHRISTMAS PARTY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGSThe Hotel will hold your booking provisionally for 14 days.
The Hotel must receive confirmation of your party within 14 days ofyour reservation at which time the relevant deposit is required.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice,if the confirming letter and deposit are not received within a 14 day
period.
Provisional bookings will only be held for 14 days.
PAYMENTDeposit: A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of €20 per
person must accompany all bookings for party places. A €50 depositper person is required to secure both accommodation & party places.
Full payment and final numbers must be made 6 weeks prior to yourChristmas Party.
Once the full payment has been received, it is non-refundableand non-transferable to other goods/services at the Hotel.
Any additional bookings made after this date will require fullprepayment at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
Written confirmation will be provided on receipt of deposit.
Once the full payment has been received your party confirmationletter will be issued.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any party due to the unlikelyevent of insufficient numbers. An alternative date will be offered.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry at the venue.In addition the Hotel reserves the right to charge the organiser,
the company or the individual for any damage caused byunreasonable behaviour.
The Hotel reserves the right to alter any dates or serviceswithin this brochure without prior notice.
The Hotel reserves the right to change or cancel advertisedentertainment due to circumstances beyond our control.
The Hotel reserves the right to change the menu without prior notice.
The menu will be finalised one week prior to the event.
Requests for special seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed,although we will endeavour to accommodate where possible.
It is recommended that all wine for the parties are pre-ordered.A wine list will be dispatched with your confirmation once yourbooking has been taken. Should a party organiser require an
account to be set up for charges, then this may be organised by priorarrangements. Once arrangements have been agreed it will be
assumed that all charges are payable by the organiser, irrespectiveof whether the account is checked and signed at the end of the event.
Christmas Party Nights are for strictly over 18s only.
It is requested that all party organisers inform their guests of theabove terms and conditions.
