• Issues assigned to your supplier name will show in the “Open” view or “My Assignments”

Oshkosh Reliance Section J• All suppliers with SCAR module access will be assigned the Packaging

corrective action – only 1 person needs to complete• NOTE: we can adjust module access to Section J or SCAR• If new accounts are needed for Section J contact us via email

• When a Section J non-compliance is issued it will show up under the “My Assignments” option or “All”

• Suppliers will also receive an automated email notification

• Complete Root Cause

• Complete Corrective Action Taken

• Enter Implementation date for revised packaging

• Enter Supplier Contact and Email

• Hyperlink is option to include a test pack notification sheet to attached to the first trial shipment for the corrected shipment if applicable
