About FiVe
The German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) is supporting the following project:
Build up and implementation of an Advanced Vocational Training Academy (FiVe), starting on January 1st 2015
Implementing the first “State-certified Engineer” study program in a Vocational Training School in Vietnam
Tasks during the project:
− Development of curriculum in electrical engineering− Pedagogical and functional further education for teachers in
Vietnam− Development of a business model for FiVe− Implementing the study program

The Project
Development of an umbilical cord blood bank in Hanoi according to the highestmedical quality standards (GMP = Good Manufacturing Practice)
The project is a co-operation between the National Hospital of Obstetrics andGynecology (Hanoi, Vietnam) and Vita 34 AG (Leipzig, Germany).

It is co-financed by the DEG (Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft GmbH), one of the largest European development finance institutions forlongterm project and company financing.
