Wally Scott Bursary
Provides minor hockey players with financial assistance to continue their education to the post-secondary level.
Applicants must abide by a criteria outlining their contribution to the community as well as maintaining a commitment to their education
2002 Recipient, Mark Brown of Flesherton, ON
Financial Relief
Assists financially-challenged minor hockey players with funds to continue or get a start in the game.
Applicants must complete a strict set of guidelines to receive funding.
Funding is sent directly to the minor hockey association to ensure money is allocated to registration fees.
Let’s Learn Hockey
Partnerships with Children’s Aid Society (CAS), Big Brothers & Big Sisters (BBBS) and local minor hockey associations.
30-35 kids per year Receive new equipment,
attend a skills clinic and subsidy for the following season’s registration
Past LLHP include Lindsay, Leamington, Kingston and Georgetown.
