What does the Committee do? • Oversees the annual election process

for:• Executive Officers• Board Members• Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

• Encourages leadership development

We want to fill the pipeline with future leaders!

• Assist applicants with candidate application process• Deadlines matter!

• Encourage members to vote• Offer incentive awards to ONS chapters
