GeneralInformationTimecommitment—Seattle’sPerformersisdedicatedtoprovidingaqualityeducationalandartisiticexperiencestoasmanystudentsaspossible.Sinceweallhavemanytimeobligationsandfamilycommitmentswearestrivingtogiveyoudetailedinformationonrehearsalschedulessoyoucanmakeinformedchoicesforyourstudentandyourfamily.Wewilldoourbesttohonortheschedulewepresentbymakingasfewornochangestotheschedule.Weareaskingstudentstomissnomorethan3rehearsalsplannedorunplanned.Costumes—WewillprovidecostumesatnoadditionalchargeRehearsalInformation

• GeneralSchedule:Wednesdays5:30-8pm&Saturdays1-4(IfasecondcastTuesdays5:30-8pm,andSaturdays4:30-7:30pm)

• Calendarswithspecificrolesandrehearsaldayswillbesentoutoncetheplayiscastandrehearsalsareunderway.WeareplanningthatallstudentswillrehearsemostSaturdays,andsmallergroupswillrehearseonWednesdaysatleastforthemonthsofFebruary/March

• TechnicalRehearsals—Noconflictsallowedforanyreasontwoweeksbeforeo Therearenoconflictsallowedtheweekoftheshowunlessthedirectorshavespecificallyapprovedtheexcuse.

Becauseeachweekwilllookslightlydifferentasweworkourwaythroughtheshow,adetailedrehearsalschedulewillbepublishedeverytwoweeksoutliningourdailyrehearsals.

• Sometimesnon-leadpartsandensemblememberswillbeletoutearly,andsometimesthewholecastwillberequiredtostaythewholetime.

• Wewillalwaysgiveyouadvancedwarning.•

Conflicts—Youwillnotbecastinaleadingroleifyouhaveregularconflictswiththerehearsalschedule,butpleasetalktoMrs.Sonkoifyouhavequestionsaboutwhetherornotyoucandootherthingstohelpwiththemusical.Pleaselistallotherconflictsontheauditionform.StepstoAudition1.
