Career Expo 2016This one-day event (on Thursday, September 29th) is designed in cooperation

with local employers and schools to expose high school students to career pathways which are known to be locally plentiful and well-paying.

This unique and unprecedented career exploration event will target certain industries: Advanced Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Skilled Trades, & Supply Chain Management.

Designed to be highly interactive and interesting to student attendees, students will network with local businesses, their employees, and post-secondary representatives.

Business professionals who work within specific careers will engage with juniors & seniors.

If you would like to attend the Career Expo, please see Mrs. Shaw in Counseling ASAP!

Lunch Policy Reminders!

If your parent is going to excuse you for lunch, he/she will need to come to the Attendance Office and sign you out in person.

Students may bring lunches from home, but they may not order take-out food to be delivered to the school for lunch.

Any person delivering outside food &/or drink to Olathe East must hand-deliver the items to the students in the main entrance Foyer during a passing period only –

students will not be excused from class to pick-up food/drink items.

Olathe East has a Closed Lunch Policy; therefore, it is the expectation that students remain on campus for lunch.
