Basic Law:Human Dignity and Liberty

(1992 – Article 2):

There shall be no violation of the life, body or dignity

of any person as such.

Despite this…

They planned to use excessive force when they stormed the village.

They entered the Hilwa*

* Hilwa -The Druze house of worship

They fired teargas, rubber bullets, and live ammunition.

When “non-Arabs” are involved

they stand back and watch

Ultra-Orthodox demonstration in Jerusalem against the gay

pride march.

According to “Or Commission…”

“The use of [rubber bullets] entails the risk of lethal injury to persons who are not endangering the security forces due to the dispersal of the pellets after firing. These risks, and certainly their cumulative weight, exceed what is reasonable and require the cessation of use of these rubber pellets”.

In Al-Buqei`a the police fired

“live ammunition” at the Arab residents.

Yet… when Jewish settlers organized and planned a confrontation with

the security forces, they were greeted with the slogan

“sensitivity and determination,

determination and sensitivity.” Dan Halutz on the Disengagement, 1 June 2005.

This isn’t the first time cellular

antennas have been burned or

broken.

It has happened before

in Nazareth,

Haifa,

Kiryat Yam,

Nazareth Elite,

Shefa`amr,

and elsewhere.

And Each time this happened the police treated the incidents as a criminal act, and

nothing else.

Yet the police managed to turn an isolated incident in Al-Buqei`a, in which Arab youths vandalizeda Jewish-owned antenna, into a

“nationalist attack”.

This is the same police in the Jewish state that “defended” its

Jewish citizens against the “Arab Danger” by all the “Kosher” means

at its disposal.
