NUCLEAR ENERGY INSTITUTE CERTIFICATION OFLICENSING SUPPORT NETWORK SUPPLEMENTATION

Governing regulations require that each party to this proceeding continue supplementing

the documentary material made available to other proceeding pmiicipants via the Licensing

Support Network ("LSN") with any additional material created after initial certification.

10 C.F.R. § 2.1 003(e). Pursuant to this requirement, the Pre-Application Presiding Officer

("PAPO") Board ordered that the required supplementation be made on or before the first of

each month following initial certification, and that such be appropriately certified. Revised

Second Case Management Order (Pre-License Application Phase Document Discovery and

Dispute Resolution) (July 6, 2007) at 21. Although PAPO Board jurisdiction has ceased, the

supplementation and certification requirements remain effective. Construction Authorization

Board Case Management Order #1 (Jan. 29, 2009) at 2.

NEI made its initial certification on January 11,2008, and its previous certification of

supplementation on April 28, 2011. Accordingly, Rodney McCullum, as the official

responsible for NEI's administration of its responsibility to provide electronic files of its

documentary material, has executed the attached certification of supplementation.

I, the undersigned, certify that, pursuant to the requirements of 10 C.F.R. § 2.1003(e), the

procedures established under 10 C.F.R. § 2.1009(a)(2), and the Pre-Application Presiding Officer

("PAPO") Board's July 6, 2007 Revised Second Case Management Order (Pre-License

Application Phase Document Discovery and Dispute Resolution), the Nuclear Energy Institute

("NEI") has, to the best of my knowledge, identified and made electronically available on the

Licensing Support Network the documentary material specified in 10 C.F.R. § 2.1003 in

accordance with the requirements set forth at 10 C.F.R. § 2.1011(b)(2).
