The goal is to encourage talented STEM majors and STEM professionals to become

K-12 STEM teachers.

Scholarship, stipend, and fellowship recipients must teach in a high-need school

district for a specified number of years.

Institutions are responsible for tracking recipients and monitoring teacher service (or

repayment).
