binding substance up to 14 %
During the process of hydration long crystal needles are formed, ensuring
very high load carrying capacity
The content of binding substance > 10 % after 1-2 days reaches the
parameters per minute - 150 МН/m2 and can keep growing during up to 90
days.
Stabilized layers are notable for sufficient firmness upon stretching when bending. Concrete anchors can be used.
28 days – hydration process: due to cement shrinkage in case of high content of binding substance a
considerable number of fractures appear
During the process of hydration only short crystal needles are formed, which do not ensure high load carrying capacity.
With the contacnt of the binding substance of up to 3 – 5 % there can be reached parameters of max. 150
МН/m2
Stabilized layers are characterized by not sufficient firmness upon stretching when bending.

Contaminated soils can be stabilized and immobilized during one working stroke.
