AlkaloidsU 0600 Novel Inhibitors of Acetyl- and butyrylcholinesterase Derived from the Alkaloids

Dehydroevodiamine and Rutaecarpine. — A variety of fused quinazolines related to the title alkaloids are prepared and evaluated as possible inhibitors of acetylcholine-sterase and butyrylcholinesterase.
