fromIndia,China,Japan,theFarEast,SouthAmericaandEuropeagainstvividbackdrops,

reflectingtheculturesfromwhichitoriginates.

SimonHowlett,ZaZaBazaarmarketingmanagersaid:“Thelaunchofourfirstrestaurantin

Bristolcreatedamassivestir,with7,000guestsdininghereinthefirstweekaloneand

newspaperreportscommentingonthenewbrandappearingaroundtheglobe.

“WearenowbringingZaZaBazaartoNorwich.Localpeoplewillbeabletoenjoythe

energy,originalityandsheerfunoftheZaZaexperienceforthemselves.

“ThirtyspecialistchefswillrunourNorwichrestaurant,creatingauthenticdishesfrom

aroundtheworldwithsomethingforeveryonetoenjoy.Thiswillbearemarkableplaceto

A£2.5millionredevelopmentprogrammewillbeginearlyin2012tocreatethenew

restaurant,whichislocatedonthesiteofSquaresBar.The25,000sqftoperationwillopen

intheSpring.

ThedrivingforcebehindthenewconceptisNitinBhatnagar,acelebratedinternationalchef.

Heexplainshisplans:“Ourconceptissimple–weprovidethehighestqualityingredients

andcookthemfreshinfrontofourguests.
