• SJandAJdiscussedthepossibilityofcreatingaNorthWalesClubSeasonTicketforRGC- tobediscussedfurtheratnextmeeting.

• FindingsfromtheNorthWalesClubSupporterSurveywillinfluenceanyimprovementstobemadeatclubleveltohelpclubsbecomemorecommerciallysuccessfulinthefuture.

COMMUNICATIONS• Anoverarchingcommunicationsstrategyiscurrentlybeingdevelopedtosupportthedeliveryofcomms betweenWRU,NorthWalesDevelopmentTeam,NorthWalesClubs,localcommunitiesandbusinessfromacrosstheNorthWalesRegion.

• Thestrategywillbecreatedtoconnect,engageandinformasmanyofthekeyaudiencesandgroupsaspossible.

• Aswellasdeployingstepchangesinourdigitalandsocialmediaapproachfortheregion,emphasiswillbeplacedonpromotingtheWelshLanguagealongsidethedevelopmentofthegame.
