Primary PurposesPrimary Purposes• To create a database application containing common
information for all MSP’s across NC • To provide data collected to MSPs for annual reporting
to US Dept. of Ed. (other than evaluation data)• To provide data collected to MSPs for interim reporting
to NC DPI• To provide project data status/queries to project
administrators and evaluators for on-going planning and decision-making
• To provide Participant data available for districts and schools
• To provide data to support NC DPI sponsored research
RFP Project RequirementRFP Project Requirement
Research Participation: Teacher data and student achievement data collected by the project will become a part of the data collected across North Carolina regarding MSP projects. Projects funded in this round of the NC MSP program will be expected to fully cooperate with DPI sponsored researchers conducting research for DPI regarding the results of the MSP projects.
