Notice is hereby given that:- 1. An election is to be held of a Member to 1/11 Ward (Scheduled Tribes – Women)

of Dapada Gram Panchayat. 2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning

Officer at the chamber of The Chief Executive Officer, 1st floor, District Panchayat, DNH, Silvassa between 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the 21/10/2020 (Wednesday).

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid.

8. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning

Officer at the chamber of The Chief Executive Officer, 1st floor, District

Panchayat, DNH, Silvassa between 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any day (other

than a public holiday) not later than the 21/10/2020 (Wednesday).

15. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid.

16. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the Conference

Hall, 1st floor, District Panchayat, DNH, Silvassa on 22/10/2020 (Thursday)

from 11.00 a.m. onwards.

17. Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer or

his election agent who has been authorized in writing by candidate to deliver it to either

of the officers specified in paragraph 2 above at his office before 03:00 p.m on

24/10/2020 (Saturday).

18. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 08/11/2020

(Sunday) between the hours of 7.00 am. and 6.00 p.m.

કચેરી, મખુ્ય કાયયકારી અધધકારી ની રૂમ , હેા માલે , જજલ્ા ૂંચાયત , દાદરા અને નગર હળેી, ધિળાિા ખાતે તારીખ ૨૧-૧૦-૨૦૨૦ થી મોડા નિીં એ રીતે (જાિરે રજા િોય તે સસળાય) કોઈણ હદળસે સળારે ૧૧:૦૦ ળાગ્યાથી સાજંે ૩:૦૦ ળાગ્યા સધુીમા ંસોી કાે.

૫. ઉમેદળાર અથળા તેના નામની દરખાસ્ત મકુનાર અથળા ચ ૂૂંટણી એજન્ટ (કે જે ઉમેદળારએ ેખખત અધધકૃત કરે છે ) એ ઉમેદળારી ાછી ખેચળાૂં અંગેની નોટીિ ઉર પકરા - ૨ માૂં જણાળે ચ ૂૂંટણી અધધકારીને તેમની કચેરીએ તારીખ ૨૪-૧૦-૨૦૨૦ (ધનળાર) ના રોજ સમય ૩:૦૦ ળાગ્યા હેા િોી કે.

૬. ચ ૂૂંટણી કરળી ડ ેએમ હે ત્યારે મતદાન તારીખ ૦૮ -૧૧-૨૦૨૦ (રસળળાર) ના રોજ િળારે ૭:૦૦ થી સાજંે ૬:૦૦ ળાગ્યા સધુી કરળામાૂં આળે.
