Meeting Dates/Location

• Monday and Wednesdays afterschool until 4:15

• Transportation to MacAnderson Park

• Parent pick up at 4:15 from MacAnderson Park

What do you wear?• Shorts or pants to run in• Running shoes with socks• T-shirt or running shirt (school dress

code enforced)• Ladies pull your hair back!

What do I bring?

• Water bottle• Snack (healthy;

fruit or crackers)• Good attitude• Willingness to

challenge yourself• Headphones, MP3

player (if you choose)

What is our goal?• Have fun!• Exercise with

fellow Nighthawks• Complete the

Strong Body, Strong Mind 5K on May 25, 2013

Brinkley’s room right after school• Make sure you have a ride at 4:15 on the

first day!• Bring $40 to cover membership dues; t-

shirt, 5K registration, meeting supplies (water games, drills training, coaching materials)

• Signed form to ride over to MacAnderson Park

• Due: April 15, 2013-first day of practice!

• You must have all of these things in order to run at the first meeting
