Concession Pass Holders

Holders of a concession pass who find it necessary to travel before 9.00am must show their appointment card to obtain the concession.

By Train – Mount Florida Station

Mount Florida Station is very close to the new hospital. Exit the station, at the exit with the lift. Then turn left and left again down Prospecthill Road. Turn right onto Grange Road and the hospital is on the right.

Directions to the Hospital

By Car

• Clarkston & Cathcart – Use Clarkston Road (B676). Continue along Holmlea Road. Turn left onto Battlefield Road. Continue straight through the traffic lights onto Grange Road. The hospital is on the right.

• Rutherglen – Use King’s Park Avenue (B762). Continue onto Kings Park Road. Straight through the traffic lights and turn left onto Battlefield Road. Then as above.

• East Kilbride & Castlemilk - Use Carmunnock Bypass (B766). Continue along Carmunnock Road, and then turn left for King’s Park Road. Straight through the traffic lights and turn left onto Battlefield Road. Then as above.

• Newton Mearns and Giffnock – Use Fenwick Rd, and Kilmarnock Rd (A77), then at Shawlands Cross follow diversion signs into Minard Rd. Then straight over for Langside Ave. Continue onto Battlefield Road, turn left onto Grange Road. The hospital is on the right.

• Pollok area – use Mosspark Boulevard turning right into Dumbreck Rd. Straight over Titwood Road. Turn Right for Minard Road. Straight over for Langside Avenue. Then as above.

• Govan – use Broomloan Rd, Dumbreck Rd and follow the direction as above. From South exit M77 at Junction 1. Turn right for Dumbreck Rd and follow route as above.

Car Parking

There is car parking available below the hospital and close to the hospital building. Car parking is free, for a maximum of 4 hours, Mon – Fri..

Disabled Parking

Disabled spaces are near lifts in underground car park and some are available in the street level carpark. Please display your ‘Blue Badge’.

Several buses stop on Grange Road, e.g. First 66, 44, 5.
