NEW COSTER SPRAY CAP

demands of the cosmetic mar- ket for new design and colours.

The specifi c feature of the new design is the spray-chan-nel that presents an oval fi nger pad, together with an oval spray nozzle front. The name Orbit arises from these oval designs.

The separate arrangement of spray-channel fi nger pad and outer cap offers unlimited pos-sibilities of colour combination.

The spray cap is available for tinplate, 49 mm and 52 mm diameter necked-in cans. It can also fi t on the new 50 mm and 53 mm diameter Cebal Transfer alu-cans.

To meet customer demand, thespray cap is fi tted with a new ly-developed and visible tamper-tag on the rear side of the fi nger pad. To satisfy the increased de-mand for transparent and trans-lucent colour variations and to ensure transparency, the core of the mould is polished.

As a novelty, upon request, Orbit can be marked on the top surface with the Customer Logo or an inscription in gold, silver or colour.

Coster has devel-oped a new spray cap to meet the

Orbit can be supplied with any of the usual Coster inserts, in-cluding AP inserts; for a softer action, can be combined with a newly-developed 1” laser-dril-led stem aerosol valve. Orbit will be available early 2006. Samples are available and can be supplied on request.
