OVER COSTING OF MINERAL WATER. CLAIMING COMPENSATION FROM ETHOPIA. DOUBLE STANDARD PRACTICE. IGNORANCE OF CONCERN AND DEMAND

OF GENERAL PUBLIC.

INFANT FORMULA:- Violation of WHO/UNICEF by promoting

the usage as more beneficial than mother’s milk.

Promoted the formula in unethical manner.

Promotion implies:- a)women in western countries use it as

substitute of mothers milk. b)formula is more beneficial than

mother’s milk.

INFANT FORMULA:- Unethical marketing practices:- a)free samples to nursing mother till

their lactation. b)distribution of nestle in hospital so

after leaving they have to go for purchase.

c)where not allowed in hospital search for loop hole and sale at low or minimal price.

d)take benefit of unawareness among people.

e)risk of infection and malnutrition due to improper guideline.

UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE

UNFAIR LABOUR PRACTICE:- Biggest purchaser of cocoa from IVORY

COAST(west africa) farm and plantation. This farm uses bonded labour & child

workers. UNICEF reveals :- a)worker were in poor condition. b)minimal wages c)worker’s were trafficked. d)Child labour were 2,00,000 in farm,

and labor busting.

PURE LIFE:-

PURE LIFE:- 1998 & 2001 nestle introduced bottled

water But priced too high which was

unaffordable for lower section of people i.e. $ 0.4.

Which is unethical according to their policies.

GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS (GM) :-

GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOOD:- Use of genetically modified food

without proper disclosure in Asian countries.

Double standard policies in dumping the product from EUROPE.

Hamper the concern and demand of the customer’s.
