• Designed and developed at Indian Institute of

Technology Kharagpur

• Established its North-East Regional centre (NERC-

NDLI) in Lakshminath Bezbaroa Central Library of

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati

• Can be accessed through any device that can be

connected to the internet
