Technical Worker
In 1987, I worked in the field of painting automotive with
one of my relatives in an area called (Sheikh Omar) in
Baghdad until 1998.
1998-2001 Technical Observer In 1998, I worked at Al-Nada Industrial Establishment (one
of the establishments of Iraqi Ministry of Industrial ). I
started my work as a technical observer in the field of
developing and re-designing some parts of machinery and
industrial equipment such as CNC machines until 2001.
2001-2003 Technical Supervisor In 2001, after obtaining a bachelor's degree with a very
good grade (I was ranked the first of 24 graduates), I
worked in the technological activity company (one of the
companies of the Iraqi Al-Fao establishment) as the senior
technical supervisor in the field of painting automotive
bodies; this was the result of my high experience in this
field. I supervisored on more than 30 technical employees
until 2003.
2004-2011 Establishing the workshop
for painting and
modification (repair) the
automotive bodies
In 2004, I established a work-shop in Sulaymaniyah / Iraq,
this workshop was about painting and modification (repair)
of Automotive Bodies. I was responsible (Manager) for 12
technical workers in this work-shop. However, I left the
work in this workshop, this was because I went to study the
PhD in Malaysia in 2011.
2006 - 2009 Supervisor From 2006 to 2009, I had worked as a supervisor in
industrial safety department at Tasluja cement plant in
Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
2009-2011 Practical Trainer Established many training courses and workshops for local
companies in the field of painting and maintenance of
automobile bodies (especially modern cars) with modern
techniques, and also set up many courses and workshops in
the field of modern industrial systems and processes for
many employees and engineers in companies belonging to
the Iraqi Ministry of Industry.
2012-2015 TPM & 5S implementing
(These two systems have
been applied for the first
time at Toyota Industrial
Corporation)
I worked on the extent of the possibility of integrating and
implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S
systems and their impact on improving the effectiveness of
production lines for cement plants in Kurdistan Region of
Iraq.
PRACTICAL (WORK) EXPERIENCES
Ability to manage human resources and develop skills commensurate with the
requirements of the current work environment.
Ability to develop sales and production strategies and manage them to ensure the
achievement of the objectives of the organization.
Ability to manage warehouses and inventory control to ensure that what is required for
maintenance operations, market requirements and sales expectations smoothly and
efficiently.
Ability to prepare periodic reports regarding the functional activities, achieved goals,
and the diagnosis of obstacles and ways of addressing them.
Ability to address the problems that arise in the sections of automotive bodies with high
efficiency, as a result of my extensive experience in this field.
Ability to enhance and improve maintenance practices and reduce maintenance costs
through my substantial information on this area.
2015- So Far Providing Consultations & Important Advices
Provide consultations in the field of car painting with
modern methods for several work-shops in Baghdad and
Sulaymaniyah, in addition to providing the necessary
advices for many friends in case of buying used cars
(especially used cars imported from America and other
countries).
2015 – So Far Developing More Practical
Capabilities
I have written (and I am still on that) a number of practical
and applied research (Articles) that help to develop
industrial processes and productivity in the industrial
organizations (especially those emerging), which in turn,
affects the dynamics of many business issues for these
organizations such as improving the quality and efficiency
of the product, reducing the risk of work, and increasing
customer satisfaction in terms of timely delivery and price.
ORGANISATIONAL/MANAGERIAL ABILITIES
Interest to work on improving sales, improving time management, improving
communication, and eliminate most problems and constraints through the use of the
Pareto Principle (80% of the results are caused by 20% of the causes).
Interest to work on reducing the costs by implementing the principles of Supply Chain
Management
Interest to work on improving the working environment and raise the morale of the
employees by implementing 5S techniques.
Interest to work on improving maintenance systems and reduce maintenance costs as
much as possible through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance
(TPM) principles.
Interest to work on improving the effectiveness of the operational plans through
follow-up and periodic evaluation along with providing to make the necessary proposals
to improve them.
Interest to work on improving, monitoring, directing, reviewing and evaluating work
activities according to Frederick Taylor Scientific Management Principles.
Interest to work on the participation of the subordinates in the development of short and
long-term plans in accordance with Henry Fayol Principles.
Interest to work on promoting teamwork as a single, integrated team, and respecting and
complying with established rules and policies in the organization accordance with
Japanese Management Principles.
Interest to work on implementing the systems of Toyota Motor Corporation such as
Just-in-Time (JIT)
