Steps to submit invoice
To login to theautoi-invoice platform
visit www.autoi-invoice.com
Please referto your email
for the User idand Password
Incase you have forgotten your password please click on forgot
password>enter your userid>an email with your new password will be sent to you registered email id.
My Account You can check your profile
details by selecting ‘My Profile’ from the drop down
Change PasswordThe password of your account can be changed by clicking on
the ‘change password’ tab under ‘My Account’.
To check your invoice, please click on the invoice tab
Invoices are displayed month wise
The latestinvoice ison the top
Click on the ‘view’ tab to know the details of the invoice
Please check the invoice thoroughly
You can also ‘Reject Invoice’ if you are not
satisfied
Please click on Accept invoice if you are fine with the calculations
If you choose to ‘Reject invoice’, please
mention the reason for rejection and click on
submit.
If you choose to ‘Accept invoice’, a pop
up on your screen appears which shows
the final invoice.Click on confirm to go
ahead.
Download your invoice file.
There are 2 options to sign:
a. Print>sign>Scan
b. Digital Sign
Click on choose file to select the Digitally signed
invoice/ physically (scan)signed
invoice
Click on ‘submit’ to complete the process of invoice upload
You can download your invoice from the ‘Download Final invoice File’ tab for future
reference.
