MUSIC & ART IMMERSION BARCELONA2018
Itinerary
welcome
benvinguda
The Hotel Onix Liceo is our home and headquarters for the duration of
the Immersion. Over the past 18 months we’ve been working daily with
the Liceo staff to provide you with a remarkable hotel experience. When
out on the town in need of support feel free to ring the front desk at +34
934 81 64 41. They are up to date with the itinerary and can point you in the
right direction.
Hotel entry and Immersion events are exclusive to guests and require
you wear your laminate. Make certain to keep it with you at all times.
Remember, laminates never include escort privileges.
Most events are within walking distance from the Liceo, though a few
require taxi rides. For most walkable events, we have staff who will guide
you to the venues, or the hotel will order you a taxi. For some group
adventures, we prearrange taxi queues. Departure from the Liceo varies
based upon location and event, so be certain to check your daily itinerary
for departure times. If you’re out on the town feel free to arrive to most
events on your own, though we recommend you travel from the Liceo for
group adventures.
Should you require immediate assistance with any personal matters
outside the scope of the front desk, feel free to text or phone:
