AIM

To operate single acting cylinder using pneumatic.

APPARATUS REQUIRED

1. Single acting cylinder

2. FRL unit

3. Junction box with slide valve

4. 5/2 hand lever operated spring return valve

PROCEDURE

1. Connect FRL to main air supply

2. The various components are connected as per the circuits

3. Block the valve openings if necessary

4. Check the leakage of air and correct it

5. Open the valve and operate cylinder

RESULT

Thus the single acting cylinder is operated.
