What is a cluster?

A Cluster is a geographic concentration of interconnected businesses, suppliers, and associated institutions in a particular field.

Clusters are considered to increase the productivity with which companies can compete, nationally and globally.

Seneca: Visual Effects for FilmAnd Television

Seneca College plays a roll in the having a cluster focus in film. This following program is to teach students in many different ways to create visual effects for film and television. students explore software tools used to create visual effects and  the combining of effects in live action footage

Recent success of Avatar in 3D has sparked more interest of these film developers and believe that future film making success is to incorporate the 3D technology.
